Adolescent & Teen Mental Health

Adolescence is a time of enormous growth, change, and vulnerability. It’s also a time when emotions can feel bigger than words, and challenges can feel overwhelming—both for teens and the people who care about them. Therapy offers a space where teens can be heard, supported, and guided without judgment.

Whether your teen is navigating anxiety, depression, mood swings, or low self-esteem, I meet them with warmth and respect. Many young people I work with are also struggling with academic pressure, social isolation, peer conflict, or behavioral challenges that leave them feeling misunderstood or stuck.

Therapy with me is relational, strengths-based, and tailored to the unique developmental needs of adolescents. I support teens in exploring identity, self-expression, independence, and body image while building emotional resilience and learning tools to navigate stress.

I also have experience working with neurodivergent teens who experience ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, emotional dysregulation, or sensory sensitivities. For those managing more intense experiences—such as self-harm, perfectionism, trauma, substance use, or grief—therapy becomes a grounding space where we can safely unpack what’s underneath and move toward healing.

Whether your teen needs coping skills, connection, or just someone who truly “gets it,” I’m here to support their growth, their mental health, and their journey toward becoming who they are.
