Anxiety
Anxiety often feels like it takes the wheel of your life—racing thoughts, tension in your chest, sleepless nights, or a constant sense of unease. While these experiences are uncomfortable, they’re also deeply human. Anxiety is not the problem itself—it’s a symptom. A signal. A message from within that something needs attention, understanding, or care.
Sometimes anxiety is rooted in past experiences or trauma that hasn’t yet been fully processed. Other times, it reflects the pressure of ongoing stress, difficult relationships, perfectionism, or fear of uncertainty. Whatever its origin, anxiety is your nervous system’s way of trying to protect you—even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
In therapy, we’ll slow down and listen to what your anxiety is trying to tell you. We'll work together to understand the deeper layers underneath the worry, fear, or restlessness. My approach blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and compassionate conversation to help you come back into balance—body, mind, and spirit.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. You don’t have to carry this alone. Together, we’ll create more space in your life for calm, clarity, and confidence.
